1 on 1 Mandarin is, as the name suggests, a Mandarin training school that specializes in 1-to-1 Mandarin language training. They have been teaching Mandarin Chinese in the heart of Wudaokou for four years. 1 on 1 Mandarin offers custom schedules and courses from beginner to advanced as well as additional courses in business, culture, newspaper reading etc. Students often attend to supplement language classes at Beida, Qinghua or BLCU. Some business folks come from Google, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, and P & G to build on their Chinese language skills. Teachers are well-trained and well-educated Native Chinese. Many of the teachers have earned degrees in teaching Chinese as a second language. The teachers are dedicated and highly respected while still able to have fun and enjoy the time they have in class with their students. The school prides itself in the quality of spoken language classes it produces. They firmly believe that a solid foundation on tones and pronunciation is the first building block on which all other aspects of vocabulary and grammar must stand.
Fees:
Fees range from 49RMB to 69RMB per hour for group classes and from 99RMB to 139RMB per hour for 1-on1 classes. There are additional fees for door to door classes and curriculum is sold separately.
