Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese Conversion

You may know that the same characters in simplified style would be different after converted to the traditional style. For example, 开会 - 開會 It is of good help to have such a great conversion tool on line. This tool works fast enough and is very easy to use. It would be perfect if the converter could be downloaded and used offline.
